BHFS is committed to conducting its business in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, with integrity and to the highest ethical standards.Job SummaryThe role will be based in Dublin, although some travel to our Center of Excellence (COE) office will be required.This is a pivotal role in the Compliance team, acting as a key point of contact between the business and the COE, the Executive Management team and Boards.You will provide advice and guidance to enable the successful strategic development of our FCRM business in accordance with regulatory expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of a world class FCRM outsourcing strategy to ensure we have the right direction and internal organization to reach our goalsResponsible for ensuring efficient and effective setup and operation of new COE to perform AML/KYC Due Diligence and FCRM processes on behalf of BKNG, BHFS and the Brands. .Ensure the delivery of outsourcing processes and procedures to enable sound and responsible business practices are incorporated into the day-to-day operations of the COE.Ensuring accurate and timely Implementation of processes and procedures within the COEManage day to day operation of the COE ensuring quality and throughput is maintained. Where appropriate escalate issues within the COE Governance structure and if required to the Head of Compliance OperationsWork with the COE provider to evaluate, agree and implement enhancements to KYC, AML and FCRM processes.Work with appropriate stakeholders to develop required resource requirements on a rolling 3 month basis and agree with the COE Review and recommendation of completed outsourcing FCRM initiatives/proposals Assist with the documentation and update of outsourcing policies and procedures in line with internal and regulatory requirements.Work closely with the Head of Compliance Operations to ensure escalations from the COE are supported by the Local operations team.Support the development and delivery of outsourcing training programmes.Knowledge and Skills8+ years of experience in a consulting, technology or banking environment where you had to set up or solve complex business problems through outsourcing/offshoring with increasing responsibilities and then manage the delivery of such services.
