Clarity is recruiting Pharmacy Technician for a pharmacy group in Finglas, Dublin 11
What you need to know:
This is a permanent, full-time position You will be required to work 40h/week, and every second Saturday. Experienced support staff available.
What you'll be doing:
* Assisting in the dispensary
* Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
* Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients
* Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
* Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
* Providing excellent customer service
* Any other duties as required
What we're looking for:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work on your own initiative.
* Good time management.
* Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service.
What we require:
* Experience with McLernons MPS (an advantage).
* Previous Irish Pharmacy Technician experience (at least 1 year) is favourable.
* Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course.
Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
