As a leader for the Conflicts Management team, you will represent the service to local markets and assist with technical queries and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the team and management in responding to technical queries relating to identifying and analyzing possible conflicts of interest for new business
* Manage Conflicts Management Request queue, including adherence to Service Level Agreements
* Support team management as required, collaborating closely with the functional Conflicts Management lead and other Conflict Management Team Leads globally
Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree
* Previous experience in conflicts of interest, preferably in a professional services environment
* Supervisory experience in a global environment
* Strong familiarity with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
