Role Overview
The Marketing Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager across campaign coordination, product selection, administration, customer event planning and marketing operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about luxury retail, jewellery and customer experience.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring projects, launches and events are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Support
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
Support product selection processes and ensure product information is accurate and delivered on schedule
Coordinate copy deadlines and assist with content approvals
Liaise with suppliers, internal teams and external partners as required
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and campaign assets
Event & Customer Experience Coordination
Manage RSVPs and customer invitation lists for events and launches
Support the organisation of customer events, brand activations and in-store experiences
Prepare event materials, customer gifting and merchandise
Coordinate event logistics including transfers, hotel bookings and appointment scheduling
Ensure all event details and customer touchpoints are delivered to a premium standard
Administration & Organisation
Maintain marketing calendars, schedules and project timelines
Assist with the organisation of stock and promotional material
Provide day-to-day administrative support within the marketing department
Track deadlines and support the smooth delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive and flexible approach to work
Strong digital skills including Microsoft Office
An interest in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion or events
Previous marketing, retail, events or administration experience is desirable, but not essential
