Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and business needs. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing and executing all facets of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across all levels.
* Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and statutory requirements.
* Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with local regulations and business needs.
* Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including contracts, HR documentation, data management, and employee queries.
* Serve as a trusted advisor, handle employee concerns, and support conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
* Drive initiatives to enhance engagement and support retention of key talent.
* Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
* Support the administration of benefits, audits, and local taxation matters.
* Responsible for compensation structure development, facilitate annual salary review, adjustment, promotion cycle.
* Lead the performance management cycle for the site, including goal setting and reviews, partner with line managers to ensure timely and constructive evaluations, support development planning.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
* 57 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 12 years in an HR leadership or standalone role.
* Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is a plus.
* Strong recruitment experience across technical and non-technical roles.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR compliance.
* Proficient in HR policy drafting and implementation.
* Solid understanding of the entire HR lifecycle and best practices.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to build trust across all levels of the organization.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
