We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Events Executive who prides themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests, to join an amazing department in Eclective HQ, carrying out the job with a smile, having fun and creating a wonderful environment for everyone to thrive in.
As Events Executive, you will be responsible for the success of events across our venues. You will plan the event, co-ordinate with venue operations and clients before, during and after each event.
Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
* Liaising with prospective customers to offer a full event proposal and quote.
* Liaising with customers to coordinate their event e.g. catering needs, entertainment, timings, set up etc.
* Responding to all clients' enquiries in a timely manner with excellent communication skills.
* Negotiate and close sales in an efficient manner.
* Maintaining close working relationship with operational teams to ensure exceptional delivery of service.
* Have a strong understanding of the product in each venue.
* Carrying out administrative duties as required e.g. issuing contracts, invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner.
* Updating CRM system with clients' details.
* Creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during site inspections.
* Assessing an event's overall success of the event and providing feedback to client / venue.
* Reporting as guided by management.

* 2+ years of meetings and events experience
* An ability to work within a team
* An interest in setting and maintaining standards
* A good sense of humour and resilience
