Job Title: Employee Benefits Consultant
A consulting role is available for an experienced professional to provide advice and support to clients on employee benefits.

As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients' benefit requirements and advising them on the best services to meet their needs. You will also prepare risk specifications and manage scheme accounting, as well as daily servicing to support retention and development of the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing directly with clients and knowledge of employee benefits. Previous experience in Pension or Risk Administration is also highly desirable. This role would be ideal for someone looking to take that next step towards consulting clients and managing client relationships long term. If you have good knowledge of Pensions and Risk, and have some knowledge of employee benefits or maybe just a strong Pension Administration background dealing with clients then this role could be your way into the benefits side long term.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand clients' benefit requirements and advise on services

* Review service disruption/dissatisfaction and implement appropriate actions with carriers to resolve
* Support development of insurer relationships
