Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a BIM Manager to join our team, This is a full-time, permanent role in either the Dublin or Wexford office.
What you will be doing:
This is an important strategic role.
You will be responsible for the development of the division including software management.
You will co-ordinate in-house resources and project teams.
You will manage the in-house drawing control and drawing schedules, ensuring drawing management is up to date.
You will be responsible for ensuring production information is produced accurately, efficiently and according to programme, and facilitating the coordination of various elements of the design.
You will be required to develop models and reports in line with company requirements.

In terms of experience you will have:
Hons Degree (L8) in Engineering
Previous HVAC or construction industry experience highly desirable
At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in relevant roles
Experience of use and implementation of CAD standards and best practices
Experience of working with BS****/ PAS**** and/ or ISO***** requirements
Experience of using Autodesk BIM 360/ Construction Cloud or equivalent CDE
Experience in management of data including storage and security procedures
Experience of using the Office 365/ Microsoft 365 suite of software to collaborate on projects, in particular SharePoint and Teams
Experience in documenting procedures and training staff
