As a Business Development Bid Associate,you are part of adynamic Pursuits Team andwillbe instrumental in drivingbest qualitypursuitmethodologyimplementation. This roleprovidesthe opportunity tolearn aboutthe Firmand its various service lines and propositions.
You will beexposedto a wide range ofindustries,clientsand targets.
Working alongside service line pursuit teams you willcollaboratewithall gradesacrossthe business.
You will liaise and connect intoour widernetwork,andyou will manage our managed services support functions who design and produce pursuit deliverables. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior team members toidentifypotential business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pursuit strategies and decision-making.
Assistin the development and execution of compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensuretimelyand efficient delivery of pursuit-related activities.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of pursuits, leads, and client interactions.
Support in the cultivation and nurturing of relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Track pursuit outcomes and provide analytics and insights to improve future performance.
Contribute to the development and refinement of BD processes and best practices within the department.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy workshops to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related fieldispreferred Minimum 4yrsexperiencein business development, sales and pursuit management or a related role within a professional services firmispreferred.
Familiarity with the pursuits process and an understanding of industry best practices isadvantageous Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform business strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive proposals.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software.
Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability tomaintainaccuraterecords.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment,demonstratingresilience and resourcefulness.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Demonstrated interest in business development and a passion for contributing to a purpose-led organisation.
Familiarity with graphic design principles andproficiencyin Power Point is a plus; ability to create visually compelling presentations is desirable but not essential.
