Job Title: Disability Support Worker

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our team to provide person-centered care and support services for adults with intellectual disabilities. This will involve facilitating service users in their choices, developing programs that cater to their individual needs, and maintaining accurate records of progress.
* A minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Social Care or equivalent is required;
Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently as part of a team environment; experience supporting adults with an intellectual disability would be advantageous but not essential; full manual driving license highly desirable due possible visits transport needs client-led excursions etc…; Strong time management organizational skill required
