Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Childcare Practitioner to join our team. Twinkles Crèche is a privately owned family focused centre providing quality childcare to families for over ten years.
Requirements, Educational Skills & Qualifications:
* Level 5 to Level 8 in Early Childhood Studies **
* Minimum 1 year's practice experience in a childcare setting, is desirable.
* Happy, motivated and hard working person.**
* Organisational skills are a must for all candidates.**
* Hands on – no problem approach required.**
* HACCP Level 1/Level 2.**
* First Aid Training**
* Children First Training**
* Excellent knowledge of Childcare Regulations, Aistear and Siolta.**
* Maintaining children's files and all other necessary paperwork.**
* Have a good knowledge of current regulations and best practice and keep abreast of changing regulations.**
* To work in close co-operation with the Manager and the other team members.
* To guide, observe, stimulate and supervise children in a safe and caring environment.
* Good communication skills are essential.*
