This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, shaping strategy, and creating high-quality presentations for C-level leaders.You will work directly with the C-level, helping them make informed decisions, prepare executive packs, and stay ahead of market and competitor trends. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where initiative and strong communication skills are essential.What you will do:Support C-level with executive-ready presentations, reports and briefing packsCreate clear, high-impact PowerPoint decks using data, insights and strong storytellingTurn complex financial, commercial and marketing information into simple messagesCarry out market, competitor and sector research to support strategyAnalyse data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and insightsAttend trade and operational meetings, summarise key actions and follow-upsWork across departments to gather information and ensure consistencyPrepare materials for leadership and board meetingsStay informed on market trends, industry shifts, and emerging technology, including AIMust have:Excellent PowerPoint skills with experience preparing decks for senior leadersStrong Excel skills, including modelling, analysis and data visualisationStrong communication skills and confidence working with CXO stakeholdersExperience turning complex data into insights and clear recommendationsProactive, curious and comfortable bringing new ideas or market insightsA commercial mindset and the ability to analyse financial, market or marketing dataExperience gathering information across teams and influencing stakeholders.Nice to have:Experience in strategy, consulting or executive supportExperience preparing board packs or governance materialsExposure to competitor analysis or commercial researchUnderstanding of trends and challenges in professional servicesWhat's on offerSalary €70,000 + bonus + benefits
