Job Description
1. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring high-quality work, compliance with regulations and specifications of the project. They will also be working closely with site personnel to deliver the project to a high standard.
2. This role involves management of junior engineers & subcontractors, setting-out from engineers' drawings, site surveys as-built drawings reading & interpreting drawings for layouts materials measure etc working with subcontractors/general workforce on-site planning works in an efficient manner to ensure programme targets are achieved liaising with clients representatives/design teams members as appropriate ensuring that all works are carried out to highest Health Safety standards ensuring work is carried out to highest quality standards ordering controlling materials on-site maintaining sites records required skills/experience required completed third-level qualification engineering or related discipline years experience construction engineering building experience important strong interpersonal skills written oral communication self-motivating safety quality program strong IT Skills ability work part team full driving license
