Job Summary
The Information Analyst will manage the function of producing, reporting and analysing employee data and metrics, compiling dashboards and meeting monthly data deadlines. The role supports workforce planning and assists a variety of decision‑making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee data and metrics production, reporting and analysis.
Compile dashboards and meet monthly data deadlines.
Support workforce planning, ECC, org management, operational and strategic decision making.
Continuously develop reporting tools and processes.
Work closely with Hiring Managers on workforce planning to inform future workforce requirements.
