We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the ongoing delivery, maintenance, and optimization of a leading SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who is eager to develop hands‑on technical experience and grow toward a future in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
As part of the SaaS Operations team, you will play a key role in deploying new customer environments, performing upgrades, and maintaining existing services. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery and work to improve and automate deployment processes over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute deployments, upgrades, and maintenance tasks on customer SaaS environments
* Act as the main point of contact for provisioning and maintaining customer instances
* Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
* Continuously improve deployment processes and documentation
* Collaborate with automation and reliability teams to drive infrastructure‑as‑code and zero‑downtime upgrades
* Assist in automating manual tasks to increase operational efficiency
* Occasionally perform work outside standard hours to minimize customer impact
What You'll Bring
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot new technologies using documentation and logical reasoning
* Basic experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also considered)
* Exposure to system administration on platforms such as Windows/IIS, Linux/Nginx, and SQL Server
* Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell or Python) and version control systems like Git
* Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
* Passion for quality and a process‑driven mindset
* Understanding of core infrastructure components in modern web applications
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams (e.g., development, DBA, support)
