Our client, a national provider of disability services, is seeking a Clinical Support Officer to support service teams across a variety of regulated services.
This is a key role aimed at ensuring high-quality, person-centred care through clinical oversight, training delivery, and best-practice implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert clinical support and advice to community staff teams.
Design and deliver clinical training (e.g., medication management, positive behaviour support).
Support services in developing and implementing risk management and compliance strategies.
Contribute to service planning and quality improvement.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective healthcare support for service users.
Requirements: Nursing degree and training qualification (e.g., SAMs or similar).
Minimum 5 years' experience in disability services, including 2 years in management.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIQA).
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-working skills.
Full clean driving licence and access to own transport required.
