About the Position
We are seeking a seasoned Property Lawyer to manage property transactions and provide expert legal advice.
The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years' experience in Property Law and Conveyancing, with a strong background in rural/agricultural property.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage property sales and purchases from initial instruction to registration
* Prepare and review contracts, transfers, wayleaves, rights of way, licences, and other property documents
* Conduct title due diligence and resolve complex title issues
* Advise on property matters including boundary disputes and burdens on the estate
* Provide legal advice on commercial agreements and forest property acquisitions
* Evaluate compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements
* Liaise with external legal advisers where necessary
Requirements
A Qualified Solicitor with excellent technical conveyancing and drafting skills, confident working independently with a high volume of matters.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, as well as commercial awareness and the ability to give practical, timely advice.
