The Accommodation Staff is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, common areas, and accommodation facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
About The Role
Housekeeping & Cleaning:
* Clean and service guest rooms, ensuring they meet company and industry cleanliness standards.
* Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and amenities.
* Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.
* Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lounges, and shared facilities.
* Report any maintenance, safety, or repair issues to management.
Guest Service & Support:
* Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding to their requests and concerns.
* Ensure guest rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
* Assist guests with any additional accommodation needs when required.
Skills Needed
* Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience.
* Working knowledge of housekeeping.
Required Criteria
* Right to work in Ireland
* Good Command of English Language
