Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will design and implement impactful training programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* L&D Strategy and Team Management
o Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with organisational goals.
o Lead a team of L&D professionals and collaborate with leadership to achieve objectives.
* Training Programmes and Evaluation
o Create comprehensive L&D programs for all levels, fostering growth and career progression.
o Evaluate and improve training programs to ensure effectiveness.
* Leadership Development and Compliance
o Oversee leadership development programs, promoting positive employee relations and compliance with labour laws.
o Maintain positive employee relations and address concerns through mediation.
* Culture and Diversity Initiatives
o Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
o Ensure compliance with legislation relevant to the area.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (Level 7 or 8) in a related field.
* Proven leadership experience in a large organisation, public or private sector.
* Experience in budget management, process improvement, and creating high-standard training programs.
* Minimum three years in a similar role, with expertise in strategic planning and people management.
* Excellent communication, IT skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
