About the role
A well-established construction company in
Blanchardstown
is seeking an experienced
Site Administrator
to support site management and project teams on a busy construction site. This is a key role that ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of site activities through strong organisation and administration.
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Site Managers and Project Teams
* Maintain site records, documentation, and filing systems
* Manage timesheets, attendance records, and site inductions
* Coordinate deliveries, site registers, and site access control
* Assist with health & safety documentation and compliance records
* Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
* Support procurement processes and maintain supplier records
Requirements
* Previous experience in a
Site Administrator
or
Construction Administration
role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
* Knowledge of construction documentation is an advantage
