We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our client's team within the sporting sector, based in their North Dublin office. You'll be joining a team of four and reporting directly to the Finance Director. This is an exciting opportunity for sport-enthusiastic professionals to become part of a collaborative and welcoming company culture. This is a two-year fixed-term contract with a strong view to permanency, based fully onsite in Santry. Onsite parking is available, and the office is approximately a 10-minute walk from public transport links. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver financial and management reports, including monthly accounts and annual financial statements. Carry out reconciliations and financial controls, ensuring accuracy through regular review and analysis of results. Oversee day-to-day finance operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support effective decision-making. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as National Governing Bodies, Sport Ireland, auditors, and suppliers. Coordinate grant applications and monitoring, ensuring compliance with governance standards and best practice.
