About the role
* Lead a
global IT support team
across Ireland, US, India, Malaysia, and Japan, ensuring high-quality service and proactive support.
* Manage
end-user computing
devices, global inventory, and lifecycle planning to keep systems up to date and secure.
* Provide expert
Office 365 and collaboration tool support
, including training, adoption, and process improvements.
* Partner with business units to design
scalable IT solutions
aligned with operational needs.
* Oversee
budgets and IT spend
, while driving continuous innovation and efficiency across services.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience managing
global or distributed IT teams
.
* Advanced knowledge of
Windows 10/11, Office 365
, and enterprise collaboration tools.
* Strong troubleshooting, system maintenance, and leadership skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly across regions and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
