What You’ll Do
Review and approve month‑end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany, and FX adjustments.
Oversee reconciliations across fixed assets, bank accounts, leases, deferred revenue, inventory, and share‑based compensation.
Conduct balance sheet and P&L variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Review financial data from multiple entities and ensure consistency and proper documentation.
Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead and manage medium‑to‑large teams across various functions.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years post‑qualification experience in a similar role.
Proven experience managing complex close and reporting processes.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Blackline experience desirable.
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
