The Role Partnering with an exceptional FMCG company and are seeking an experienced and driven
Warehouse Manager
to lead the warehousing operations across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of all warehouse functions—supporting our production teams and maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Oversee all warehouse activities including goods-in, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
Manage a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring productivity, training, and adherence to SOPs.
Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee regular cycle counts and audits.
Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Quality teams.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and traceability standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse layout, processes, and systems.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
Oversee forklift and equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP or warehouse management systems.
Understanding of food safety, traceability, and quality systems (ISO / HACCP / FSSC).
Forklift licence (advantageous)
