Job Title: Strategic Resource Optimization Specialist "> Description: This role involves leading and managing end-to-end headcount resource planning life cycle and site performance to ensure effective management of all inbound and back office work types across a vast insurance enterprise. The position will have high visibility to all operations teams internally. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the global capacity model to manage long-term/short-term capacity planning processes. Collaboration and close communication with senior operational leadership, human resources, strategic program teams, and finance teams are essential to ensure smooth execution of capacity planning processes. The ideal candidate will provide optimal contact volume allocation recommendations for several regulated workstreams by accounting for trade-offs between quality, productivity, and cost. Mitigating capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple sites and geographies is also crucial. The position requires participation in global customer service initiatives and project rollouts to cater to growing business needs. Apart from these responsibilities, the successful candidate will contribute to the automation and standardization projects within the worldwide capacity planning organization. In addition, they will maintain headcount reporting, including tracking attrition trends across multiple skills, channels, and geographic locations.
