Responsibilities
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will supervisor the running of food and Beverage outlets within the hotel.
* Ensure smooth running and supervision of all F&B operations
* Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by team members
* Ensure all of the team members adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual
* Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner in accordance with HACCP
* Ensure all areas are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure
* Ensure that all staff arrive to work on time and in correct uniform and name badge as per weekly rota
* Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required of a four star Hotel establishment in accordance with the standards of procedures manual
Requirements
About The Role
Excellent leadership capabilities to effectively supervise a large team
* Previous supervisor experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment is desired
* The ability to work towards achieving financial goals and targets set
* Proven ability to supervise f&b operations with a track record of delivering guest satisfaction, employee retention and engagement
* Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
