A leading financial services provider is building out a high-performance mortgage function in Dublin City Centre and is looking to hire a proven Business Development Manager who can originate, convert and own mortgage business end-to-end.
This role is designed for a top-tier mortgage advisor who thrives on winning new business, building relationships and driving revenue - not sitting back and waiting for leads.
You will have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, the support to convert at scale, and the platform to grow a significant mortgage book in one of the most active markets in the country.
The Role
Drive new mortgage business through proactive business development, networking and referrals
Build and develop strategic partnerships across professional services and employer networks
Own the full mortgage journey from initial engagement through to drawdown
Develop and manage a strong, consistent pipeline of opportunities
Deliver tailored, compliant mortgage advice aligned to client needs
Act as a key representative of the business in the Dublin market
Consistently exceed revenue and performance targets
What You Bring
A proven track record in mortgage sales with clear evidence of delivery
Strong ability to self-generate and convert business
Experience building relationships with introducers, partners or corporate clients
Confidence managing the full mortgage lifecycle independently
Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
QFA or APA qualified (minimum)
