Strategic Change Management Lead
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth and compliance with regulatory initiatives. This includes managing intake, assessment, prioritization, planning, and implementation processes for Regulatory Readiness.
* Partner with cross-functional teams from Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Market Risk to align change activities with business objectives.
* Provide oversight, supervision, and leadership to globally managed initiatives, reporting directly to the Director.
* Develop new business opportunities, drive innovation, and commercial awareness within the region.
Additionally, the role involves:
* Assisting regional executives manage the intake and funding process for new initiatives.
* Facilitating connectivity between regional executives and the broader Change Delivery team in other regions.
* Ensuring end-to-end delivery of locally managed projects.
Key qualifications include:
* At least 5 years of experience in a change delivery role within the Capital Markets space.
* Demonstrated expertise in leading diverse, complex initiatives and regulatory programs.
* Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Clarity, and Tableau.
