Opportunity for experienced Civil Engineer to join a leading Irish multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. This practice has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering and project management services across a wide range of projects. Projects include large Infrastructure, Industrial, Commercial, and Local Authority developments.

Role
* The successful Design Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing preliminary and detailed designs, drawings, and technical reports.
* Assist in the procurement of site investigations, tender documentation, and contract administration.
* Collaborate closely with Project Managers and senior engineers to ensure designs are delivered on time and within budget.
* Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design queries and progress projects.
* Opportunity to mentor junior engineers and review their work, supporting their technical development.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
* 2 + years' experience in civil design, ideally with experience on Irish projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, with a willingness to develop skills in AutoCAD 3D / BIM (Revit experience desirable).
* Knowledge of MicroDrainage, MS Project, and/or GIS software (ArcGIS, MapInfo) desirable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, team-focused approach.
* Must be already based in Ireland and available to start without the need for relocation or visa processing.
