About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the future of the platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with practical feasibility.
This role is ideal for someone currently in a product role who is eager to advance their career and take on broader product management responsibilities.
As the company grows, this position offers significant potential to evolve into a leadership role, overseeing a team of UX designers, Product Owners, and potentially Product Marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Strategy & Roadmap:
o Define and own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
* Customer Discovery:
o Participate in discovery calls with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
o Gather insights from internal teams, including Account Executives, to continuously improve the product.
* Collaboration & Development:
o Work closely with the in-house development team (6–7 engineers) and a UI designer to deliver high-quality features.
o Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and development teams.
* Agile Practices:
o Support the adoption of agile methodologies, working within a framework of three-month release cycles and two-week sprints.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Experience in product management or as a Product Owner (PO) with ambitions to grow into a Product Manager role.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
* Familiarity with marketing-related products or a demonstrated ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
