Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality transaction support including valuations, due diligence, financial analysis, and project documentation.
* Develop and refine complex financial models, performing sensitivity and scenario analysis.
* Support negotiations with lenders, investors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Conduct sector and market research to generate new business opportunities.
* Assist with client proposals, reports, presentations, and investment memoranda.
* Coordinate with global teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement.
Candidate Profile
* Master’s in Finance (or equivalent); CFA Level 3 is a plus.
* 4–7 years’ experience in project finance, infrastructure, or financial/corporate advisory.
* Proven exposure to international banks, funds, developers, or advisory firms.
* Advanced skills in financial modelling and strong analytical ability.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in multicultural, multi-disciplinary teams.
* Fluency in English is essential; Spanish or Portuguese is a huge advantage.
