As a vital member of our HR team, you will provide essential support to our production site in Donegal, Ireland. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with exceptional communication skills to work closely with operational managers on all aspects of their people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize HR systems to build and report on employee-based KPIs to inform fact-based decisions that drive business objectives.
* Monitor and manage HR-related data to ensure accuracy and quality, providing valuable insights to enhance business initiatives.
* Collaborate with the broader HR team to offer guidance and support to management and staff across the manufacturing network in Ireland.
* Assist with HR systems integration and change management projects.
* Provide HR support to managers, helping them achieve their goals and develop departmental development plans.
* Assist in identifying and evaluating development needs within the organization.
* Ensure compliance with HR procedures and implement new policies as needed.
Requirements:
* 3 years' experience in an HR-related function with employee relations experience in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
* Up-to-date understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
* HR or relevant degree is beneficial.
* Strong communicator - verbal & written.
