€170k - €185k+ benefits + performance-related bonus Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer The Opportunity This contractor is scaling fast, from €110m today to a targeted €350m+ turnover within three years, and preconstruction sits right at the heart of that ambition.
As Preconstruction Director, you will own the front end of growth: strategy, bid leadership, cost planning, programme development, and risk management across major mission critical projects.
You will have the autonomy to build structure, capability, and consistency, while working directly with the COO and senior leadership team to convert opportunity into executable work.
