Job Title:
Service Development Lead
The Service Development Lead will be responsible for the strategic development and operational management of a service in the East Sector. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.

* Reporting to the Sector Manager
* Eligibility for registration on the relevant professional register
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' management experience in the Health Sector
* Management qualification
* Leadership and team management experience
* Full driving licence
Essential Skills:
* Excellent leadership, managerial, and team-working skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Up-to-date knowledge of current thinking and practices in person-centred service delivery
* Proficient in ICT skills with good working knowledge of IT systems
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week based on a 7-day duty roster. Contracted hours liable to change between 8am-8pm over seven days, but mainly Monday to Friday.
