Quantity Surveyor Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Quantity Surveyor. This position is based in South Dublin and will be a key member of our team.
The successful candidate will advise on contractual matters, process claims, and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce costs.
* Assist with project cash management
* Advise and support with project correspondence
* Negotiate subcontractors
* Negotiate subcontract and suppliers' prices and terms
* Ensure final accounts are closed in a timely manner
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related field, along with excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will work closely with other professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
A professional qualification in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management, 5+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on construction projects, and excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required for this position.
