We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our residential services team. Our client provides support to young people and adults with disabilities in a unique setting that prioritizes their well-being and empowerment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* To provide high-quality care and support to young people and adults with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to develop and implement personalized care plans.
* To maintain accurate records and reports, contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of our services.
* To participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our service users.
Requirements:
* A degree in Social Care or a related field (QQI Level 7 or equivalent).
* Students in the final year of a L8 degree in Social Care are also welcome to apply.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners.
* A kind and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for delivering high-standard care.
* A Full Clean Manual Driver's license is required.
