Technical Support Executive – NOC Team
We’re seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to join our Network Operations Centre (NOC) team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of supporting our charging infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the health of our charging network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the EV charging station network in real time to identify and respond to faults, outages, and performance issues.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on charging stations, backend platforms, and network components.
* Coordinate with field service teams for on-site interventions and remote diagnostics.
* Escalate critical incidents to engineering, product, or vendor support teams when necessary.
* Maintain accurate logs of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in our ticketing system SPARK.
* Analyse recurring issues to identify root causes and suggest long-term fixes.
* Provide technical support to internal stakeholders (e.g., customer support, operations & sales teams)
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in technical support, NOC operations, or IT/network troubleshooting (preferably in energy, telecom, or mobility sectors).
* Familiarity with networking protocols, IoT systems, or embedded hardware support is a strong plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and resolve complex technical issues remotely.
* Experience with ticketing systems.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
