Offer description

Responsibilities

:
1. Analysis of first notification of Own Damage and Third Party liability claims
2. Pro-active treatment and settlement of claims
3. Management of a claims portfolio, and handles all claims within the all appropriate service levels, and in apliant manner
4. Identification of potentially fraudulent cases and recovery cases
5. Ability to work flexibly in the Motor Claims Team to meet customer needs
6. Performs unit administration duties
7. Requisitions and may authorise cheques as required withinpany guidelines
8. Undertakes special projects or assignments as required
Key Requirements / Skills & Experience

Essential
9. A minimum of 1 years' experience within a Financial Services role
10. Experience in a Customer facing role, maintaining standard of quality whilst providing superior Customer Service
11. Demonstrated ability tomunicate and influence internal and external customers
Desirable
12. Experience in a Motor Claims Handling Customer facing role
13. Relevant third level qualification
14. MCC qualified/ grandfathered in Personal &mercial Lines (see below)

Appointment to this role will be subject to the requirements provided for by the Central Bank of Ireland. This role is a Control Function (CF-5, 6) and is subject to F&P Standards. This includes the requirements provided for by the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023. The successful candidate will be provided with the relevant Conduct Standards (including Additional Conduct Standards) training, where required.
