The role of International Payroll Manager is a critical position within our organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
* Manage international payrolls, including outsourced payroll activities, payroll accounting, and delivery of consistent and accurate payrolls in a timely manner.
* Review and validate payroll calculations and payroll outputs, including payslips, tax filings, and social security contributions.
* Collaborate with HR on all aspects of payroll, including benefits-in-kind, share awards, pensions, and statutory deductions.
* Maintain payroll accuracy in line with agreed key performance indicators.
* Monitor and report on payroll costs and variances.
* Coordinate international payroll processes.
* Actively manage the escalation of payroll issues with outsourced payroll providers.
* Meet all regulatory, tax, compliance, internal, and external filing requirements.
Qualifications
* Prior experience running large payrolls (over 1000 employees).
* Experience managing multiple international payrolls (at least 5 years), ideally within EMEA.
* IPASS qualification desirable.
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to accuracy and detail.
* Highest levels of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
* Excellent IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
* Flexible and able to work in accordance with organizational requirements as necessitated by the needs of the business.
* Ability to develop, build, and maintain credible and effective working relationships with managers and other stakeholders.
