What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in a hybrid, part-time capacity who excels at leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, skilled in managing multiple projects while driving efficiency and innovation in automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning & Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
* Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align project deliverables with business goals.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects align with statutory and regulatory obligations.
* Performance Tracking: Provide detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries.
Qualifications & Experience
* Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in automation, machine vision, robotics, or related industries.
* Project Management Tools: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies, and familiarity with project management software.
* Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
* Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to coordinate teams, manage stakeholders, and present project updates effectively.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive approach to challenges with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
* Travel Requirements: Some travel across Ireland may be required.
