MC Property are seeking an Administrator to join our Property Management Team in Galway. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, and the ability to demonstrate the capability to manage a diverse workflow in a fast paced environment. This will be an office based role, located at our offices in Liosbaun Business Park.
Main Duties:
* Act a first point of contact logging and directing calls.
* Supporting the Department issuing correspondence as necessary.
* Dealing with queries from relevant stakeholders.
* Management of maintenance issues.
* Arrange Meetings as required.
* Stock management for fobs and keys as required.
* Ensuring incoming and outgoing post is completed on a daily basis in both an accurate and timely manner.
* General administration and record keeping of all communications
* Administrative support for the financial element of the department.
Work Experience/ skills required:
* Computer skills including the ability to use spreadsheets and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level
* Candidates should have both excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Good letter writing skills and use of the English language
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Strong record keeping skills
* Candidates should be strong team players and be customer focused.
* Previous administration experience and working with a team is essential
The ideal candidate will have:
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Good verbal, listening and interpersonal skills
* Time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high volume environment.
* Previous property administrative experience would be an advantage but not an essential requirement.
