About Your New Job as a Customer Insight & Data Planning Manager:
* Develop segment performance scorecards
: Incorporate engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
* Build and maintain behavioural journey maps
: Identify key drop-off and trigger points.
* Produce test-and-learn roadmaps
: Ensure results are statistically valid and actionable.
* Deliver regular performance insights and strategic recommendations
: Inform CRM optimisation and proposition development.
* Ad-hoc duties
: Perform any other duties as deemed appropriate.
What Skills You Need:
* Experience
: 5+ years in a similar role.
* Education
: University Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, PR, Business Studies/Management, or related fields.
* Technical Skills
: Strong analytical capability, comfortable with SQL and data visualisation; familiarity with Python/R is desirable.
* CRM Platforms
: Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, and understanding of automation workflows.
* Communication
: Excellent communicator, able to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable narratives.
* Collaboration
: Comfortable working with technical teams to align data flows and reporting structures.
