Job Title: Mechanical Estimator
We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Estimator to play a key role in supporting our estimation process and working closely with senior management on prioritizing projects.
About the Role:
* To review drawings and documents of projects to be tendered, taking into account technical specifications and commercial requirements.
* To assist in preparing accurate estimates for mechanical services, including HVAC and plumbing systems, using industry knowledge and best practices.
* To collaborate with other team members on project planning, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
Requirements:
* R elevant qualifications or experience within the construction sector.
* In-depth knowledge of tendering processes within construction and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent time management skills as deadlines must be met when preparing quotations. Strong IT skills particularly MS Office proficiency required. A pply now if you have experience in this field!
