Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless hotel operation
* Create a welcoming environment for guests
* Address guest feedback and implement improvements
* Maintain staff adherence to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual and company policy
* Direct team members in operational departments
* Assist Head of Department to improve procedures and systems

* Proven experience in hotel management or related field
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and customer service principles
* Flexibility to work varied hours
