**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide remote monitoring and management support and configuration of customers' infrastructure
* Provision accounts and equipment
* Remote and desktop support for customers throughout Ireland and internationally
* Support Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, Ms. Office, O365
* Configuration of Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• 2+ years' experience working in a technical support environment
• Application support 1st Level Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office - Level 1 support
• Office 365 and Virtualization experience advantageous
• Customer Services, Call Handling
