Barden has been exclusively engaged by a leading telecommunications company looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel with strong experience in the sector.
This position requires 3 days onsite per week in the Dublin city centre offices.
The Role
The Senior Legal Counsel will provide commercially focused legal advice on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters, including around marketing and advertising, consumer protection, telecommunications regulations, digital media and e-commerce, brand and intellectual property, etc.
The Person
Irish or UK qualified Solicitor;
5+ years' PQE; and
Excellent commercial experience in the Telecoms sector, negotiating and advising on a variety of sector related contracts and regulations.
