As we expand our footprint in Europe, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Ireland to join our growing global team. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role supporting our customers through the successful onboarding, deployment, and performance of our robotic systems. You\'ll be the face of 4AG to our European partners, helping ensure they get the most out of their investment, and that we\'re always learning from their experience.What You’ll DoOwn the customer relationship post-sale, from deployment and training to ongoing performance support.Ensure our customers feel confident, supported, and successful using 4AG robots in their day-to-day operations.Coordinate onboarding and implementation plans tailored to each customer\'s unique setup.Monitor system performance and customer feedback to identify issues early and drive resolution.Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Engineering, Product, Service) to share feedback and advocate for customer needs.Help develop scalable processes for European customer support, including documentation and training materials.Travel to customer sites across Ireland (and potentially other EU locations) as needed to support deployments or escalations.What Success Looks LikeCustomers are happy, confident, and seeing real value from our technology.You\'ve built strong, trusted relationships with key customers and partners.Deployment timelines are smooth, expectations are aligned, and issues are addressed quickly.Internal teams rely on you for clear customer insight and feedback loops.You\'re contributing to the foundation of our customer success approach in Europe.What You Bring3-5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or field operations, ideally in a hardware, robotics, or automation environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you\'re comfortable working with people in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.Excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset.Comfort working with technical teams and understanding complex systems.Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland and occasionally to other parts of Europe.Bonus points if you’ve worked in agriculture, manufacturing, or a related field.Why This Role MattersWe’re building the future of farming, and that only works if our customers succeed.
