The opportunity
Quorum Search Partners is recruiting a National Account Manager for a leading international food importer and distributor. This is a commercially focused role with real influence. You will take ownership of a premium frozen seafood portfolio and drive growth across Ireland’s food service market.

What you will do
Manage and grow national customer accounts across Ireland
Develop seafood sales with wholesalers, distributors and food service operators
Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs and delis
Win new business and expand market share
Lead customer meetings, negotiations and product presentations
Identify commercial opportunities and deliver growth plans
Support pricing, forecasting and product range development
Work closely with internal teams to drive performance
What you need
Experience as a National Account Manager or National Account Executive
Strong seafood sector knowledge is essential
Background selling into food service, hospitality or wholesale channels
Proven ability to grow accounts and win new business
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a nationwide territory independently
Full driving licence
