Job Description We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by heightening awareness of client brands and ensuring high product visibility and quality on all products. You will be responsible for merchandising required products onto shelves, adhering to merchandising guidelines with an emphasis on planogram compliance, maximizing promotional space, and negotiating with Store Managers. In addition, you will record merchandising activity completed, audit our brands and competitor activity, and provide feedback in a timely manner. You will also maintain and grow planogram space where possible; ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product; merchandise all promotional displays and ensure correct pricing is in place; Capture before-and-after photographs using hand-held devices Liaise with store managers prior to leaving to ensure they are happy with work completed Liaise with NSM (National Sales Manager) before- after each call Deliver field insights to the National sales manager Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team Generate new ideas ways of working Support all product launches promotions develop presence in-store Maintain CPM standards policies Consistently strive reach highest standards performance customers Operate effectively efficiently complete tasks Undertake any other duties responsibilities instructed line manager.
