Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level service and administrative support to existing and new clients.
Manage and process new business while maintaining a strong new business pipeline.
Liaise with insurers and partners to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Engage with clients regarding general insurance queries and renewals.
Support continuous improvement across service delivery, systems, and compliance.
About You: Minimum APA qualified, working towards CIP.
Experience in general insurance administration within a busy team.
Exposure to a sales or client-focused environment.
A proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload.
IT proficient with strong numerical ability.
